WA-SOL®
Water-in-Oil Reagent Composition Kit
By developing the new test reagent WA-SOL®, Martechnic® achieves a top in the Test Reagent area. WA-SOL® is the next generation of reagents for testing water in oil.
NOT CLASSIFIED AS DANGEROUS GOOD FOR TRANSPORT as per UN Model regulations.
The reagent is compatible with all water in oil test devices from Martechnic® and reduces enormous transport costs.
One WA-SOL® reagent composition kit contains:
- One bottle "WA-SOL® basic"
- One bottle "WA-SOL® activator"
- Stirring hook
- MSDS and instructions
Basic and activator are mixed per ratio 1:1 with a stirring hook for example with a drilling machine. The components are not available separately but as “Composition Kit” only.
“WA-SOL® basic” contains calcium hydride, specially embedded in a gelatinous mass, which prevents the calcium hydride molecules to react with water.
Once arrived at its final destination where the testing shall get executed, “WA-SOL® activator” gets added and vehemently stirred, to “compose” the ready-for-test mixture. As this at the first time requires quiet some force, we recommend the use of an electric stirring device and the supplied stirring hook as help.
If WA-SOL® is ready by mixing the components; it can get applied for all test devices from Martechnic®, like WIO Solution or WT05 Solution.
